As part of Swiss law on the Automatic Exchange of Information (LEAR, Article 14), our Bank, as a Swiss financial institution, is required to make accessible on its website the list of countries with which agreements for the exchange of information have been established.

 

This obligation aims to ensure greater transparency in the context of international fiscal information exchanges. The list of relevant countries is updated annually on January 1st and must be accessible to all.

 

To provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times, we have opted for a simplified and reliable solution: instead of directly publishing this list on our website, we provide a link directing you to the official Swiss Confederation page dedicated to the AEOI. There, you will find all necessary information, regularly updated by the competent authorities.
